A 62-storey "Grand Tower" skyscraper will be constructed at Krasnopresnenskaya embankment in Moscow. The underground part will be 6 floors. The complex will consist of two towers, united by a common stylobate. The underground part of the building will be 61 670 sq. m. and the above-ground - 338 330 sq. m.
"Grand Tower", as part of the Moscow International Business Center "Moscow-City", will have both A class offices and apartments, all of which will be located in the above-ground part of the towers. Conference rooms, restaurants, boutiques and SPA-centers will be situated on the underground floors.
A 1910 car-space parking lot (1100 aboveground and 810 underground) will be very convenient for businessmen working there. "Grand Tower" will be the first skyscraper in Russia awarded with the LEED "Gold" certificate for the entire building. As a result, "Grand Tower" will become the most modern and energy-efficient building in Russia and one of the most iconic buildings in Europe.
