Description
The Capital Hill Residence mansion was designed by the most influential British architect Zaha Hadid for a well-known Russian businessman.  Paying tribute to the era of new technologies, the villa was built in a futuristic style and makes the elite village of Barviha even more beautiful. The house is located in the middle of a pine forest at a distance from the neighboring mansions and is made in Ecostyle – a mixture of modern technologies and natural forms.

The lower part of the building fits into the surrounding landscape and the top of the building rises above the trees at a level of 22 meters. The living room, the fitness room, the sauna and the Turkish bath are all located downstairs, the main living room, the dining room and the observation deck are situated upstairs. There is also a glass elevator which rises to the top floor.

This villa has so much significance not only due to its architectural value, but also because it is the first project of a foreign celebrity status architect that was built in our country in compliance with the author’s intentions. All other projects of world-known architects were added on by Russian bureaus, changing them beyond recognition.
