Yasny

The Yasny comfort class residential complex is a composition of three buildings, designed to prohibit car traffic in the inner courtyard space and offer areas for play and leisurely walks instead.

The project was designed by the international architectural bureau Speech. The complex consists of three buildings of varying height (8-19 floors). The original architecture of the buildings is harmoniously complemented by a stylish exterior finish, made in a contrasting color scheme with high-quality facing bricks. The height of the sections in these new buildings varies from 8 to 19 floors. The residential quarter is located on Kashirskoye Highway, just a 10-minute walk from the Domodedovskaya metro station. For motorists, there are convenient exits to both Kashirskoe Highway and the Moscow Ring Road. The concept of a "yard without cars" is embodied here, allowing us to create a comfortable and safe walking area inside the residential block. From the complex's windows, you can enjoy picturesque views of the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve, Borisovsky Ponds, and Biryulevsky Arboretum.
